Start your morning with an energizing Vinyasa-style yoga class designed for all levels, with plenty of modifications to help you move at your own pace.
- Taught by Sarah Emery, a local movement instructor based in Brevard, NC, at Pilates Brevard and Carolina Dance Collective.
- Pay-what-you-can accepted via Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
- BYO mat and water. Yoga blocks are provided.
- Rain or shine (unless thunderstorm, for cancellations visit this page or facebook.com/brevardlumberyardyoga)
- Practice accompanied by music to enhance the experience
- If you need cushioning for your knees on concrete, consider bringing a blanket or towel
- Street parking available on King St., Railroad Ave., or at the Jimmy Harris Railroad Depot Park at 390 Railroad Ave

- The first monthly class in June 2026 benefited the Sharing House and its Wheels to Work program. Thank you to all who came and contributed!
- On July 5, 2026, 85% of the proceeds will go towards the Augustine Literacy Project in Brevard, NC. It is the mission of Augustine Literacy Project-Brevard to help improve the reading, writing, and spelling abilities of low-income students who struggle with literacy skills. The project trains and supports volunteer tutors who provide free, long-term, 1:1 instruction using the Orton-Gillingham approach and Wilson Reading System® materials.
